Stede Bonnet personality type is ENFP, which I would also say fits me just fine. I find everything about him to be extremely fascinating and I have tried to bring his views and approach to my own writing.
The two other characters in the book are well-established characters in their own right, even if they are not Stede Bonnet themselves. Adriaen Block is a well-known hero of the Revolutionary War, whose heroism and bravery have been immortalized in the iconic painting “The Fighting Quaker”.
Meanwhile, Abigail Southgate is the wife of Benjamin Southgate, the man who wrote a journal of the voyage that Stede Bonnet took with him on his pirate raids. As many will know, the journal was never finished, so it leaves the details of why Abigail left the journal unfinished unclear.
I cannot help but think that this decision was deliberate on the part of the author. The most likely reason is to hint at a romantic interest in Stede Bonnet by Abigail Southgate. Of course, this was not necessary as such a romantic interest is already a part of the story.
