Jimち ASMR personality type is INFJ, i have a weird thing where i have a very pronounced inner voice, and i can hear it as an almost buzzing in my ears when i get really stressed. it's really distracting and irritating, but i dont know how to make it stop. i've tried many things that people suggested in the comments to try and relax my mind, but it's never really worked. thank you for the kind words and butterbeer, though! :3
My name is Emilee but I go by Bree. I enjoy the ASMR feeling of head massages, along with other sensory things. I don’t know if it’s an actual trigger but I can also get it from people scratching my back and for me that triggers tingles. I have a love/hate relationship with ASMR but I believe it is much more of a love than hate. The only thing that bothers me about ASMR is the same thing that makes me love it, it is not a mental disorder.
