Needlemouse personality type is INTP, and I was an INTP for about 20 years. I was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome , but as an adult I realized that I was an INTP. I have many of the same traits of the INTP, but my autism spectrum is milder than most. I've been able to read and think about things differently than most others. It's not that I'm not able to learn from others, but I tend to learn better from my own experiences and ideas, and I will often see things or make connections that others don't notice or don't understand. It's kind of like my autism has given me a unique ability to see things that others don't.
I am very intelligent, but I am also very stubborn. I can be impulsive, but if I can give myself some time to absorb what's going on around me I'm usually able to make a reasonable decision. I am a very visual person, so I need to have as much visual stimulation as possible.
I am not good at socializing with people. I tend to be more comfortable just being myself and talking about my interests and hobbies. I do not like being in crowds because it makes me feel claustrophobic and uncomfortable.
