ray!! personality type is ENFP, how would you describe your personality?
I’m a highly sensitive, introverted (and sometimes extraverted) extrovert, or ESFP. I’m very focused on people, and get very intensely involved with them. I’m also easily stressed and nervous, so sometimes I don’t handle that well.
What was your childhood like and what kind of childhood do you think you’ve put your children through?
My childhood was a bit of a whirlwind. I grew up with two older brothers, and then when I was 9, my dad and my stepmother had their first child. That was a very difficult time for me, because I had to learn to become more independent and deal with the added responsibilities. My family was very busy, and I never really had much time for myself. I think my childhood was a bit too fast-paced, though I realized it was important to not be selfish and take time for myself.
How do you cope with your anxiety and how do you handle your anxiety when it gets to be too much?
I treat my anxiety by trying to be more present in my life.
