Anonydeath personality type is ENTP, and of course it's a lot easier to see the effects of the personality type than it is to see the effects of gender. I am very concerned about this new study. I have a friend who has been diagnosed with undifferentiated gender dysphoria, and that is exactly what this study suggests--a condition with no clear etiology or cause. It's possible it may be a response to some early childhood trauma, but that is still speculation. I'm more concerned about the possibility that this study will be used to justify further medical treatment for people in this condition. This is especially the case in light of the fact that the DSM-V (the new edition of the psychiatric bible) eliminates the term "gender identity disorder." That should mean that there is no longer any justification for this type of study.
I don't know how these researchers can make any conclusions about trans people when they don't even have a true control group in the study. They refer to "female gender-atypical children," and they don't even have a group of children who are gender-typical.
