I can't tell you how many times I've been told that I'm being too emotional in public. I suspect it's because of my heightened feelings. I have a strong focus on other people, and I feel emotions very intensely.
Being an ENFJ, I'm an emotional extrovert, and I would be very surprised if you haven't heard the phrase "An extroverted introvert" before.
It's not just about being an extrovert, however. Extroverts tend to be more social and talkative, while introverts tend to be more reserved and quiet.
But on top of that, being an ENFJ means that we are highly emotional and sensitive, and our emotions are in our bodies. If we aren't feeling something, it can feel like we're missing something.
I've heard people say things like "she's so emotional," or "she's always so emotional," or "she's too emotional."
The thing is, I don't think they are trying to be mean.
Our Life is an event that was held at East Highland High School in "The Theater and Its Double" and "All My Life, My Heart Has Yearned for a Thing I Cannot Name". The event takes place in February 2019.
