Lia Thomas personality type is INFJ, which is a collective term for introverted intuitive feeling judging. InfJ is a rarer personality type, at least in the general population, and is something I’ve found more often in the INFJ-I combo than in INFJ-T. The INFJ-I combo is also rarer, but a bit less so.
I didn’t have a strong sense of myself as an introvert until I started doing research on this site, reading articles here and elsewhere on the Internet, and reading blogs by other INFJs. Or maybe I did have a strong sense of it, but I was too young to know what it was, or how to articulate it.
I think the INFJ personality type has something to do with my inability to put myself into one of the three main personality types. I understood what the MBTI was all about, but I had a hard time interpreting the results, and I didn’t know how to use them to try to find out where I fit.
