My friend's name is Jeff. I love Jeff because he's so down to earth and intelligent. He's a stay at home dad and he likes to work on computers so it's great playing with him.

How do you deal with a client who doesn't want to play?
I'm a very compassionate person and I understand that not everyone wants to play. I usually try not to get frustrated with them and remember that the relationship I have with my clients is more of a friendship. I always tell them that we're all here for each other, no matter how crazy or uncooperative we are.

I accept that some people aren't comfortable with the idea of being tickled and I respect that.
