Kamulop is a local mascot that was created to improve the image of Kamurocho. The mascot also appears in Isezaki Ijincho as a shop, trading goods for Tojo Clan Crests. Kamulop first appears in Chapter 2, where Ushio runs into the mascot and accidentally destroys his camera. The mascot also briefly appears during a sequence with Ichiban Kasuga and Koichi Adachi planning to infiltrate an Omi Alliance officers meeting in Heian Tower; during the scene, Kamulop is in Theater Square. Later, Kasuga receives a message from a mysterious source that claims they can help the former yakuza, and to meet them in the gardens of the Grande Blu Marino hotel in Ijincho. When Kasuga arrives there, he is shocked to discover Kamulop, though the person inside the costume claims to be a former Tojo Clan member looking to ensure that the group's legacy does not disappear. They then ask Kasuga to look for discarded Tojo Clan Crests, and explains to him that they will exchange said crests.
