Krazy Kyo is a character in Yakuza 0, later he can be recruited in Real Estate Royale minigame. Krazy Kyo bumps into Kazuma Kiryu, at first, he tries to intimidate Kiryu then runs away. Kiryu follows him towards Theater Square. When Kiryu arrives, there is a group of people gathered for a concert by the Yokimichi Silvers. Then Kyo needs help proving himself to the crowd and living up to the band's reputation. He asks Kiryu to teach his band how to pretend to be tough. After watching the show and panel, the Silver reward you based on how many correct choices you suggest for each members in the band. After Real Estate Royale unlocked, Krazy Kyo stands near the Sugita Building, talk to him and he joins as an advisor.
