Terminus personality type is ISTJ, or Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging. For example, the ISTJ will usually be the person who is the most organized in a given situation, who is the most reliable person that you know, and who is the most dependable person you know.
As opposed to the ESTJ who, among other things, is often the one who is in charge of the finances for the family, or the ESFJ who is the social butterfly, or even the ISFJ who is the family's go-to person with medical or legal issues.
It's a good thing that so many people are like this, because we'd all be lost without them. But there's something very magical about the ISTJ who is able to see things as they are and then do something about them.
Don't get me wrong, I get along pretty well with all of my personality types. I have friends and colleagues that are all over the place. But I can't tell you how much it helps me to know that someone like the ISTJ is in my corner.
