Well, there are two types of ENTPs - the "intimate ENTP" (ENTP) and the "social ENTP" (ENTJ). The former has a lot of the same attributes as an INTJ, but the latter is more like an INTJ than the former.
I have read descriptions of those types before; they're pretty much the same thing. If anything, the intangibility of the tree is more indicative of the social-type ENTP.
