Moony Witcher is the pseudonym of Roberta Rizzo, journalist and writer born in Venice in 1957.
She graduated in Philosophy at the Ca 'Foscari University of Venice, she collaborated with Umberto Margiotta, deepening the psycho-pedagogical issues of Jean Piaget on learning the language of children and aspects related to cognitive development.
She taught in middle schools and high schools, she attended psychiatric structures as an observer, composing studies and reflections on schizophrenia, thanks to Umberto Galimberti, professor of Philosophy.
In 2002 she published under the stage name Moony Witcher, the first fantasy novel Nina, the Girl of the Sixth Moon which sold over one million copies in Italy and is currently translated worldwide in 30 countries.
