Arcadia personality type is ENFJ, I would suspect. I have found that the ENFJ type is very often the overall leader of the group because they do not easily give up power even when they don't feel it is deserved, and they don't lose it easily. I have also found that ENFJ types are very often people of great influence in the world. It is a rare person who has not heard of Nelson Mandela or Martin Luther King, Jr.....but this is due to the fact that their impact on the world is so great.
I know few ENFJs, and they are all very intentional in everything they do. They are focused and purposeful, and they tend to be very good at what they do. They are also very careful with their words and actions, so they don't say things that they do not mean at all.
They are less likely to make mistakes than INTJ types, but that is due to their focus and their desire for perfection in everything. This is not to say that ENFJs do not make mistakes, but that they are more aware of them and tend to take the time to correct them.
