Kazumi personality type is ENFP, also known as the “The Entertainer”. ENFPs are curious, energetic, lively, charismatic, inventive and out-going. ENFPs are often identified as the “idea people” in companies and they are viewed as the people who bring “life” to the team. ENFPs have a tendency to be a little bit of an “idea hoarder” and can get away with this because they are so friendly and fun-loving that people tend to overlook the fact that they are generally not very active in their jobs. ENFPs are also known to be quite talkative, which is why they also tend to get away with not being very good at their jobs. ENFPs do not follow a schedule and they tend to prefer flexibility and spontaneity over productivity. ENFPs are hard-working and creative, but they are more concerned about having fun and being creative than about what work requires of them. They thrive in fast-paced environments, but they can also be quite restless and easily bored in a very structured environment. ENFPs tend to want to take every job seriously, but also want it to be fun and enjoyable.
