Seto Kaiba (Season 0) personality type is INTJ, also known as the "The Leader" or "The Logical One." INTJs are often described as aloof and cold, but in actuality I think this is more of a personality trait than an accurate description. I noticed this first when I saw Seto Kaiba's personality type in the "Detective Pikachu" game. He's such a clean cut character, and yet he's such a stinking genius that he doesn't need to express emotion or weakness. And yet, it's much more difficult to write a character like Seto Kaiba; you have to show him as an intelligent person first, and then let the reader know that Seto Kaiba is also a human being. To write a character like that, you have to be an INTJ.
I think it's the fact that Seto Kaiba is an INTJ that made him the character that he is. Because of this, I think it's very accurate to say that, as long as I'm allowed to say so, Seto Kaiba is one of my favorite characters in the "Yu-Gi-Oh!" franchise.
Kaiba's appearance also plays a huge role in his personality.
Seto Kaiba from Season 0 is very cruel and more "evil like" than the Kaiba we know from DM. He has a behaviour that could be showing a form mental illness and is also determined to beat Yugi no matter what. He has no faith in his brother and doesn't understand why he should care about him.
