I am not afraid to show my art, and to share it with the world. But I do have a lot of work to do to feel like I’m ready to share my art the way I want.
Feeling like you have permission to create is a big step in the journey of becoming a writer.
I’m learning how to accept that I’m a creator, and how to live my life as a creator. I am continuing to practice that, and it is terrifying. But it is also exciting, and feels liberating and empowering.
