My assessment is that Han Seonil is a reflection of Seonil's growth as a character. She was abusive and vindictive, so Seonil's growth is to recognize her own actions as abusive and vindictive and to correct them. She learns to love and respect people, and she learns to not be afraid of the consequences of her actions and to accept that she can't change things for the better.
This is an assessment I made based on the way Seonil treats Han Seonil, the ISFJ impression, and the ISFJ narration of Myung Soo's death. I don't think there is anything more to it than that.
I think you can see how different these two ISFJ characters are from each other. Han Seonil is a more mature, patient, and kind person than any other ISFJ character I have seen in fiction or in real life.
I think you will see other ISFJ characters who are more like her, but they probably won't be as mature, patient, and kind.
