Sae Shimada personality type is ENFP, and is a type that's only a bit rarer than ENTP. More than any other type, ENFPs are in tune with the world around them, and like to use that awareness and observation to create new things. In Sae's case, she has a unique and very identifiable style, but in this case, she's not creating something for herself. She's creating something for the world.
Sae is an anime-obsessed otaku, and her cosplay and blogging (which can be found at her blog "Kawaii Kuchibiru") are a reflection of that. She creates anime characters and characters from other anime, and tries to accurately replicate or "san-kawaii" their designs and appearances. But not just any characters: she makes them cute versions of themselves, or at least as adorable as possible.
Often, her cosplays are of characters from popular anime, such as Tsubasa Chronicle and Love Live! , but occasionally she'll go outside her comfort zone and play with characters from other anime. At times, she even creates cosplays that are completely original to herself, and completely different from any other cosplay she's ever attempted.
Only seen in a few flashbacks, she seems to have been a relatively friendly demeanor, going through the death of their parents and help from her brother has given her the drive to continue her education.
