Dr. Noel Chandrich was the research department lead at Mass Fusion. Chandrich was involved in the development and testing of the beryllium agitator. He worked with the reactor team, including Kathy Hathaway, who impressed him along with product development lead W. Goldburgh to the point of offering her a promotion. This was much to the dismay of E. Denvers, who had been working for Chandrich for over three years and felt deserving of the opportunity. As work on the beryllium agitator accelerated, Chandrich brought up concerns to the CEO of the company, Karl Oslow. He wrote to Oslow that he wanted to go on official record that he was opposed to accelerating the project's schedule. Chandrich continued to explain that he found it disturbing that the current global unrest current events had not impacted the decision to move forward and mentioned that the U.S. military contract could be causing Oslow to make decisions he may not have once made, strongly urging him to reconsider.
