I will give a single example from a girl I know who is a ESFP, a very big ESFP. She has a very good heart and she wants to help people. She also has a very nice and optimistic view on life, and she has a very positive way of looking at the world around her. But she is very blunt and she speaks her mind. She can be a little bit blunt and brash at times, and she is very much an extrovert.
All in all, her personality is ESFP. It sounds like this is a very positive description. But it is not, because ESFPs can be a lot of things. They can be blunt, straightforward and sometimes a little bit rude, especially when they get into a discussion. It can come out in their voice, in facial expressions and in body language. It may come out in the way they talk about people and how they treat them. In this case, this girl was not the kind of ESFP that I am describing. She was a little more brash and blunt than ESFPs normally are, so she could have been an ENFP.
