    After graduating from high school in 1998, Spira attended The Juilliard School as a boy chorister. He later transferred to New York University's Tisch School of the Arts to study acting. He completed his degree in 2006.

    Spira has acted and modeled for brands such as Svedka, L'Oreal, Bvlgari and Clairol. He has appeared on VH1's The Surreal Life and the MTV series Geordie Shore.

    Rupert Spira (born March 13, 1960) is an English teacher of the "direct path", a method of spiritual self-enquiry through talks and writing, and a notable English studio potter with work in public and private collections.
