Theresia Fischer personality type is ENFP, and I think she, along with my wife, is the first ENFP I have ever met. But the similarity extends beyond her being an ENFP. Theresia is also a multi-award winning artist, whose work is featured in the Warner Bros. Studio Tour in London. She’s also a foodie (as am I), and while we are both on the same page about enjoying and supporting local producers, Theresia is a bit more extreme than I am. She’s a member of Slow Food in London, for example. And she’s a passionate advocate for the arts, music and theatre, which are all things I also enjoy.
So it’s with some disappointment that I read an article from The Guardian that criticized the “popularity of posh food” like foie gras and duck liver (which I will blog about later). Because, to be clear, I love the food of both France and Britain — and enjoy the fact that these cuisines are “exotic” to Americans and to me.
