William Lewis personality type is ISTP, but I ask the questions because I want to make sure that you are truly an ISTP. I typically don’t wait for a person to come to me and say, “I am an ISTP.” Instead, I encourage people to explore their personality type and talk about it with others. This is one of the ways we learn our type.
Personality Tests
I also take personality tests. I always ask people to take at least two different tests. The first is the Myers-Briggs. The second is the Enneagram. I believe the Myers-Briggs is the best personality test, but it is biased towards MBTI, or whatever their current or previous name is. I use it because it is the best and I have a lot of experience with it, but you might find a better test. Most people think I am using the Myers-Briggs when really I am using the Enneagram.
