The story of Deekin’s life is one of imagination and inspiration, an upbringing that made him who he is today.
He was born on 3rd of April, 1992 in a small village in the southern part of the Netherlands.
His father, a carpenter, had a great upbringing and was a creative person himself, so at the young age of 8, Deekin was already making Lego houses and games.
Since his childhood he has always been inspired by his parents and their creativity. This gave him the confidence to pursue and develop his own vision and creative talents.
His family lived on a small plot of land surrounded by farms, and as a child he spent a lot of his time exploring these fields with his friends.
Aging for his age, he realized that these fields were like the wild west, full of fascinating stories and mysteries.
As a child he started to write songs and poems, but never put much effort into it, only to come back to it later.
At the age of 14, he discovered Minecraft and was captivated by it’s simplicity and limitless possibilities.
