Advantages of being an ESFJ
ESFJs are warm, nurturing, and protective. They are trustworthy as friends, family members, and lovers. They know how to make others feel good and they are often excellent at managing people and situations. Although they may tend to be a bit self-sacrificing, they do make good caregivers and providers. ESFJs are very competent on a personal level, but are often less effective in business and other formal situations. They prefer the security of a well-established relationship over the uncertainties of a new one.
ESFJs make excellent parents, teachers, nurses, and counselors. They are reliable partners, able to support each other through good times and bad.
Disadvantages of being an ESFJ
ESFJs are loyal, sometimes blindly so. They may be somewhat weak-willed and rule-oriented. They can be prone to procrastination, especially when it comes to responsible things like paying bills or organizing things or keeping track of time.
