I think ENFPs are the most misunderstood of the 16 types. People think we're all goofy and idealistic, and I don't think that's true at all. In fact, I think ENFPs are the most realistic and down-to-earth type. We're not as strong as other types in the logical direction, but we're definitely stronger in the creative direction. We're not as creative as other types, but we're definitely more realistic than most people think.
I've been struggling with my ENFP personality since I was 13. I always felt like I didn't quite fit in with the rest of the world. I was an outcast, even though I wanted to be accepted. I wanted to fit in with everyone else, but all of my friends were more like me than anyone else. I had no idea what it felt like to be normal, so I probably didn't fit in anywhere.
