Eugene Salazar is a very orderly and efficient person, who is always focused on the task at hand. He is also a very hard worker, as he knows it is important to get the job done quickly.
He is practical and realistic, and does not have much patience for people who are being irrational or impractical when it comes to a problem. He would rather take a practical approach to a problem than waste time trying to convince others that the problem does not exist.
