Makaira is a 15-year old Emo pickme girl who lives in Japan. She has black hair, red eyes and pale skin. She is seen as extroverted, impulsive, brash and boastful, and she likes to use tactics to get attention from people. She is quite dishonest and lies about herself to make herself seem good, attractive and different, and she brags about how emo and special she is. She might not be the best person in the world, but not only she becomes enemies with Hikaru, an intelligent scientist, nothing like Makaira, who accidentally used a time machine that led her and Makaira into a future fantasy world full of trolls, goblins, aliens and in which she does a range of tasks with Hikaru together, nevertheless being enemies. However, they gradually become friends as they progressed their journey together.
