Therefore, the ISTP can be very hard to distract, and will do all that he can to keep the goal he is working on. He is able to build a very close relationship with people who share the same goals and similar views on life. The ISTP will stick to them with all his strength, and it may be impossible to get rid of him once he has had a chance to get close to someone.
