Roland Jackson personality type is ISTP, which is a good fit for me.
Sensing type (ISFP) – this is the type that’s going to be my most challenging type to write about since I’ve never really been a type that practices the art of sensing. Senses are more of an internal thing for me.
My personality type is not always easy to describe. I’m not sure what it means to be an “extrovert” or “introvert”, but I have a certain way of interacting with the world that I can’t help but be.
I like being with people, and I can’t stand being alone. I’m not really good at socializing, but I do my best.
I like people, but I’m not a big fan of small talk and small talkers, I’m more of a “conversation starter”. When someone talks to me, they know they’re going to get a real conversation.
I like to ask questions, and I like to listen more than I do to talk.
