Se doesn't mean to be lazy, it means that you don't want to do anything without being told to, and you will try to be helpful when you can, and you can be helpful.
Te doesn't necessarily mean to be lazy, as long as you're not trying to be lazy. It's not a bad thing, but it's not something that necessarily indicates a personality type.
So I think your Fi is more dominant than your Se is. The Te Te Te Te is more dominant than the Te Te Te Te is.
Anyway, the ESFJ is what you are, the ISFP is what you're trying to be. Empaths have Fi dominant. I'm an ESFJ, so I'm more of an ESFJ-ish than an ESFJ (I'll always consider myself an ESFJ), but I'm definitely an ESFJ.
