Introversion vs Extroversion
Introverts are people who spend a lot of time alone and do not feel a need to socialize with others on a regular basis.
Serving as the film's antagonists, the troglodytic crawlers skulked around the film's cave setting: consuming animal carcasses, and ambushing lost travelers. Although blind, these monsters sported acute hearing, allowing them to detect prey. Upon spotting prey, the crawlers would screech, summoning vicious groups of their fellows: before lunging and biting with sharp teeth.
