What are your biggest strengths and/or weaknesses?
My biggest strength is my ability to handle stress. I’m also very good at dealing with people who have different backgrounds and different personalities. I have a really good ability to read people and I’m pretty good at getting to the bottom of things. I’m also fairly good at reading the situation and figuring out what’s required to get things done.
What are you most proud of?
I’m most proud of my ability to work well with people who have different personalities and backgrounds and have different approaches to work.
What do you see as your main role here?
My main role here is to help people understand how we can work together to accomplish our goals and bring them together to build something meaningful.
