“I was not good at math,” she says, “but oddly enough I was good at art history.” She plans to major in art history at the University of Arizona. Her parents, both public school teachers, were surprised when they found out that their daughter had chosen a career in insurance. “They thought I would be a doctor or something,” she says.
Inácio says she was never very good at sports, but she enjoyed the challenge of her dance classes. “I was more popular in my dance classes because I was never the best dancer and I always had to be the one to try out new steps.”
She says she wants to live abroad when she graduates. “I want to travel, and I think being able to work in Europe and Asia would be helpful because there are so many things you can learn about different cultures.
