INFPs also have some of the most dramatic temperaments in the INFJ cluster. They are the most prone to emotional outbursts and emotional extremes; they are more liable to get into fights than INFJs. They are also more likely to be diagnosed with bipolar disorder than INFJs.
INFPs often get diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) because of their emotional volatility, but they are not especially prone to impulsive behavior; they tend to be more spontaneous than INFJs, but less impulsive than ESTJs or ESFJs. INFPs may even become very emotionally withdrawn if they feel ignored, which is an unexpected side effect of their introversion.
