Nessarose personality type is ISFJ, which makes sense because both of them are really good at organizing things; but I don't think Baelfire has an ISFJ personality type. He's a teenager who's still trying to figure out what he wants to do with his life, so he's more ESTP than anything else. He could be a lot of different things, but he's definitely not one of those teens who becomes a mother at 19 and a father at 22.
I'm not sure if you're asking about the relationship between the two characters themselves or the pairing them as characters from the show, but I don't think it's that important. You can always pair them as characters from the show if you want, but that doesn't mean that they have to be a canon couple, and it's much less important to me than whether they're a canon couple or not.
Oh, and I hate it when people say "I ship them!" as a way to indicate that they want a relationship to develop. It's a much creepier and much more pretentious way of saying "I don't like Namine, but if she gets with Riku, I'll be happy."
