ISTJ Personality Traits
The ISTJ personality type is one of the most dogmatic personality types out there. They are strong believers in the structures that have been built up over time, and they will be very skeptical of anything that goes against those structures. They are devoted to keeping everything organized and orderly, and they will never allow anything to go out of control. This can be a good thing, because ISTJs will see things clearly and will know exactly how to keep everything running efficiently. However, their desire for order may also make them very rigid, and the ISTJ might not be open to new ideas or points of view.
ISTJs are very good at getting things done, and they are very loyal to the people in their lives. They will work hard at all of their jobs, and they will do everything in their power to make sure that everything works out well. However, they often become very frustrated when things don’t run as smoothly as they should, and they could become very bitter when things don’t go the way they want them to.
