4L personality type is ESFJ, and the one who seems to be most in need of an extra dose of introverted intuition is INFP. It's a boost for them, but for us both it's a drag. You're not putting yourself in a position to be open to other people's input, nor are you trying to impress them with your knowledge. You just don't want to go out of your way to do something that other people are capable of doing, so you're not going to do it.
I know I often sound like everyone's favorite grumpy old man when I write about this stuff—I'm sure it's frustrating for you too. But I'd rather be grumpy than wrong, and I know a lot of people are going through this right now. Think back to how you felt when you had to talk to the bank teller, the post office clerk, or the waiter last year. Think about how you felt when you had to spend hours on the phone with your advisor at work and get a bunch of indignant questions about whether you've ever been married, what your career plans are, and whether you're totally sure that you want to switch from your current investment manager to their new one with a better return.
