Jackie personality type is ESTP, and the "introversion" of him is actually the opposite of what you'd expect. I figured that out the first time I ever saw him speak to a group. He was very introverted and quiet, but what he said was very direct, straight to the point and to the point, and he never let his shyness get in his way.
So what's the common thread between people like me and people like him? We both have a lot of energy, and we like to just bounce off of each other. We both have a lot of confidence in our ideas. And we both like to figure things out. If you've seen me at the end of a presentation, I'm like this big ball of energy, because I've been bouncing off of all these other people. I'm like a giant energy ball, and I'm trying to figure out what the most effective way is to get my point across. The ENFP is just like, "I'm here too, let's figure this out together."
And that's why, when we're talking about business, it's so important for us to be able to have each other's backs.
