Hermaphroditus personality type is ENTP, which falls into the "E" range of the Enneagram. I don't think I have ever heard a single ENTP say they are a hermaphrodite, but there are a lot of people who are ENTP's and are not hermaphroditic (by birth). The majority of people who claim they are hermaphrodites are not ENTP's. There are also people who have relationships with both genders, but who are not hermaphrodites. There are also people who are hermaphrodites, but who do not identify as such.
I would say that almost all ENTP's could be called "hermaphrodite" by the media, and many of them do identify as such. There are also many people who are ENTP's who are not hermaphroditic (by birth), who identify with the term, and who would be offended if you called them that.

The child of Hermes and Aphrodite (hence their name), Hermaphroditus had the very niche godly domain of intersex individuals and effeminacy. In the older myths, they were named because their features were a perfect mix of their parents—having their mother's breasts and their father's genitalia. Later myths (started by Ovid) depict them as having originally been a boy who was almost raped by a nymph, but the nymph wished to never be parted from him...which led to the two being merged into one, a being with the features of both a man and a woman. Obviously, we get the word "hermaphrodite" from them.
