The Authentic Observer personality type is INTJ, the “mastermind”. (This was not an easy decision to make, and I’m still not entirely convinced of it. But if I’m right, it’s because I want to be right. Please let me know if you disagree.)

INTJs are used to being in control. They don’t like it when others try to control them – but they’re also hypersensitive to criticism. To them, criticism can be seen as a form of rejection.
