Lars personality type is ISTJ, and I have found that to be true for other people as well. It’s clear that he is strong-willed, likes structure and order, and is the sort of person who can get things done. I’ve heard it said that ISTJs are the “schoolteachers” of the MBTI, and I can see why. They are very good at their jobs (or at least in my opinion), and they like to be appreciated for their efforts.
There has been some debate as to whether or not MBTI personality types are accurate or not. Is ISTJ a “real” personality type? Is ENFP a “real” personality type? As a reader, I am interested in this topic, but for the most part, I would say that yes, the MBTI is accurate.
