Fork personality type is ISTP, which stands for Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, Perceiving. These types are generally the most guarded and private of all the types, and although they may seem reserved, in actuality ISTPs are some of the most outgoing and talkative of all the types. ISTPs are usually the ones who start conversations and keep them going, and they're also some of the best listeners. What's that about? Well, for one thing, ISTPs tend to be quite intelligent. They also tend to be practical, realistic and easy-going, and they tend to be good problem-solvers. Some ISTPs take after their Thinking (T) side; they are often very logical, logical thinkers. They look at things from many angles and think things through before acting. They may be more reserved than some of the other types because they tend to be less spontaneous than others. ISTPs are known to be loners in their personal lives, but at work they are always ready to take on a new challenge or project.
