When I was a child, I had a vivid imagination and I used to daydream a lot. I was a very active child, playing in my backyard all day long. I was constantly creating stories, which I would tell to my younger siblings. My father was working in a restaurant in the evenings, so my mother took care of us. I was the youngest of three children. My two older brothers were very different from me: they were very serious and practical, while I was very playful and dreamy.
My mother loved to tell stories and was a very good storyteller. She would make-believe with us, telling us that she lived in a big house, that she had many rooms and many friends who visited her every time they came to visit. We would play with her and put on shows for her, just like actors do in the theatre.
