Onni "Tale" Taalasmaa personality type is ISFP, and my type is ISFP. I have realized I am an ISFP who is being forced to act and live life in a very different way than my type prefers, as well as being put in situations that are not true to my nature. I do not know how to convey this without sounding crazy, so I prefer to withdraw from external contact and communication.
I do not understand why I have to be so different, so I find it very difficult to communicate with people. I have tried speaking about this with people who have never experienced this type of feeling, but they have no idea what I'm talking about.
I have been told by people close to me that I am not supposed to express my feelings, that I just need to let them go and be quiet. I have tried this, but because of this situation, I feel like I am not even allowed to be happy anymore.
I have read all kinds of material on the subject of this type of feeling, but none resolve the problem. I have also tried reading material on the topic of anger, but I am unable to understand what these emotions are.
