Yeah. She's really persuasive. She can get really into things. I mean, with the whole "Black Girls Rock" thing, she got into it and wanted to be part of it and all that. She's a great performer. She's an incredible musician. I think she brings so much to that band.
I love the way she's a singer, but she also plays guitar and sings in this very interesting way. She's got such a great voice.
It was definitely fun to do with her because I've been watching her on the Internet for so long and listening to her. It was cool to get to work with someone we admire so much. It was great that she did the "Black Girls Rock" thing, because I felt like it was a great message and it was a great time for it to happen. There are so many things that are going on in the world, and it just made sense for us to make a song about that.
