I’m not sure how much you know about personality types, but if you really want to get into it, there is a very good book called The Personality Broker: Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to Find Your Perfect Career by Todd Kashdan and Don Robert, Ph.D. It is a great read about personality types and how it affects career. (Funny, I found it on Amazon for $15.99 and it’s a Kindle book so I got it for free.) That’s a good place to start.
It is said that nearly everyone has a preferred personality type, but if you are one of the majority who don’t, what is that like? Is there anything to be done to change it? Is there a cure?
