Mephyr Xezar the Mystique (17 December, 1802 - 7 June 1847 [Aged 44], necromanced on 9 August 1887) is the leader and main attraction at the Shrootwater Circus. He was revived in a series of experimental trials made by former scientist, now the manager of the circus, Royal Foster. Accompanied by his necromanced penguins tested alongside him, he springs into action to entertain the small town of Shrootwater. After their circus being described as a "breath taker", they were told that their circus would begin to travel across the nation. The circus throws their hands up in joy - all except Mephyr. He was told that he could not travel in order to hide the secrets of witchery and necromancy of the circus. Mephyr cannot hold himself back, tries to exclaim and protest and plans something that could make or break it all.
