Yajirobe personality type is ISTP, a Mountain personality type. The ISTP personality type is a collective of many similar types. ISTPs are logical, do-ers, and focused on the present. They have a hard time seeing beyond the moment at hand. I can’t help but relate to this tendency that ISTPs have to be present in their lives, to see the bigger picture and focus on what is important. I think that is why I love writing. It’s my attempt to see the big picture and make sense of all the little things I experience in my daily life.
When I was in college, I fell in love with a very ISTP student. We called each other “best friends” and really only shared a few other students in our class. We had a lot in common, shared similar interests, and didn’t really disagree on much. He kept me sane when I was in college, and if I had known then what I know now about how ISTPs typically feel about love I would not have dated him. Since we had so much in common, we would often talk about books and movies and music and we became best friends.
